For over 5 years, Ted has assisted his clients in realizing their real estate dreams. Weather it is working with first time buyers or seasoned veterans in the property market, Ted takes the time and has dedication to each client to ensure they are taken care of in each step of the process. Through his years in real estate, Ted has work on transactions that range from short sales, REO, probates, trust sales, and auctions. All providing valuable experiences that help make him a well rounded agent.
Having worked in TV production, marketing, interior design and as the Director of Operations in the hospitality field, all have afforded Ted a wide breadth of experience and skills working in very high paced and demanding environments. Not unlike many real estate transactions…a good set of people skills, proper communication, and tack go along way in getting the deal closed. His aesthetic eye for interior design and love of architecture, also help round out his professional level of expertise. Ted graduated with honors from the University of Arizona where he earned his B.F.A. in Media Arts with a minor in Business. While attending U of A, he also fulfilled his passion for architecture by attending a semesters worth of classes and lectures.

Greg Bender knows L.A. He knows it so well, he’s become the expert on homes for sale in Los Angeles on CNBC’s “Power Lunch” business show. During the “Power House” segment, the host interviews Greg about the residential real estate market in the region where he’s lived all his life.

Greg’s primary focus is his clients’ needs. By listening to and supporting them throughout the sale or purchase of a home, he has earned a reputation for doing whatever it takes to complete the transaction.
He enjoys working with first-time buyers. “They don't always know about certain areas or real estate in Los Angeles, but I help them find great homes they can afford and might not have ever thought about for themselves,” Greg says.
Greg and his team work out of the Los Feliz office full time, and serve neighborhoods including Pasadena, Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks. They have worked with clients from Santa Monica and Malibu through the west and north ends of the San Fernando Valley, into Altadena and Pasadena, and even to Palm Springs for fun home-hunting trips.
Greg lived for many years in the Silver Lake district of Los Angeles and specializes in the Moreno Highlands district, which he calls “Prime Silver Lake.” In 2012, he moved a few blocks from his residence and office, and now calls Los Feliz home.
Coming from a family of Los Angeles-region real estate and law professionals, it was a natural move for Greg to obtain his real estate license in 2005. Within months, he joined the Los Feliz branch of Prudential California Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties), where he was named Rookie of the Year. In his second year, he earned a Leading Edge Society Award, an honor that goes to agents with the top 7 percent of sales nationwide within the company–an award he has received many times since.
“I truly do feel that no matter what, one must be willing to do what it takes to accomplish their goals. I bring this to my life, to my clients and to my career,” he says.
Since 2009, Greg has served as a board member of The Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit organization funded and ran by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties agents. The foundation supports local charities that promote health, education, community and the environment. In 2011, he was certified and accepted into the Realty Relocation Division thanks to his quality of work, sales history and attention to detail.

Our real estate team all began with Greg Bender getting his license in 2005 and starting with the Prudential office in Los Feliz. Ted Geever joined the team after getting his license in 2010 and transitioning from his corporate job in marketing. In 2013 our Prudential California Realty became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties - consistently recognized as the No. 1 company in Barron’s annual ranking of the world’s 100 most respected companies.
Our team has continued to grow as Greg became the Director of Training for the office.
